Cancellation and Refund Policy
Therapy sessions typically range from 45 to 60 minutes. Since therapy slots are reserved exclusively for each client, cancellations impact service availability for others.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice is required for session cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made without the required notice will result in 100% of the session fee being charged.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, missed sessions, or delayed follow-up sessions under any therapy package.
- Once a client has been informed about the therapy or treatment process and services have been explained, no refunds will be applicable.
- In case of delayed payments despite multiple reminders, Swaran Mental Health reserves the right to charge a late fee of 10% per day on the outstanding amount.
