Our goal is to provide ethical, inclusive, and professional mental health support to individuals across different age groups. By accessing our website or availing of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Communication and Confidentiality
All therapeutic interactions and communications at Swaran Mental Health are treated with strict confidentiality. Information shared by clients during sessions is protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
- When disclosure is required by law
- When there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others
In the case of minors, parents or legal guardians may have the right to receive relevant information as deemed appropriate by the treating professional, while still respecting the child’s therapeutic boundaries.
Services Offered
Swaran Mental Health provides psychological and mental health services, which may include counseling, psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and other therapeutic interventions. Services may be offered online, in person, or in a hybrid format.
Our services are intended for mental health support and personal development and do not replace medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency medical care. In case of emergencies, clients should contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Eligibility for Services
- Individuals 18 years and above may access services independently.
- Individuals below 18 years of age may avail services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Swaran Mental Health reserves the right to assess suitability for services on a case-by-case basis.
Fees and Payments
- Fees for services are communicated in advance and may be updated from time to time.
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Delayed payments, despite multiple reminders, may attract a late charge of 10% per day on the outstanding amount.
- Swaran Mental Health reserves the right to suspend services until pending payments are cleared.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ prior notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled without adequate notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or no-shows.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during sessions and interactions. Any form of abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
Termination of Services
Swaran Mental Health reserves the right to discontinue services if:
- Continued services are clinically inappropriate or ineffective
- The client violates these Terms and Conditions
- Ethical, legal, or safety concerns arise
Clients may also choose to discontinue services at any time, subject to applicable payment and cancellation policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Swaran Mental Health website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Swaran Mental Health and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Outcomes
Mental health services are personalized, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances. Swaran Mental Health does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from therapy or interventions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swaran Mental Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
